This Friday, we proudly celebrate a major milestone for one of our loudest, passionate, and hard-working netballers, Rachel Leach, who plays her 100th game for Northcote Park Cougars! 💚💛Since debuting in 2017, Rachel has been a driving force in our netball program, both on and off the court. As a dynamic and relentless mid-courter, her athleticism, quick decision-making, and ability to control the tempo of the game have made her a standout performer year after year. She’s been instrumental in leading our teams through multiple finals campaigns, consistently stepping up in big moments.Off the court, Rachel’s impact is just as impressive. In 2025, she has taken on a vital role on the Netball Committee, helping to shape the future of our program while also coordinating major social events that bring our club community together. As the captain of Team 1 this season, her leadership, energy, and encouragement (always the loudest on and off the court!) have lifted those around her and set the tone for the entire netball squad.Congratulations, Rach, on reaching 100 games, a remarkable achievement that reflects your talent, loyalty, and passion for the green and gold.
